About Us

Phill English

Managing Director/Crew Chief

More than 20 years experience in Live Production and Concert Crewing. Phill has worked as a Promotor’s Rep, Tour Manager, Production Manager, Stage Manager and Crew Chief both nationally and internationally for most if not all of the clients listed. Phill has a vast and broad knowledge of the live music industry. Phill brings a hands on approach to the floor as well facilitating clients needs in the pre production process.

Victoria English

Administrator and Recruitment

Over 20 years working in the Entertainment Industry, Victoria worked many years as an Assistant Editor in Magazine Publishing before beginning her career as a Producer/Production Manager in Film in 1994. Victoria started full time with Showcall in 2005.

Matt English

Head of Operations/Crew Chief

Previously the Manager of Billy Hydes Stage Systems for 5 years. Prior to that Matt was Operations manager of United Crewing Matt has also worked nationally as a Stage Manager -Backline Tech and has toured internationally as guitar tech for a vast array of bands. Whilst maintaining a career in The Australian Music Industry Matt has worked with Showcall as a crew chief since 2002. Matt permanently joined Showcall as Head of Operations in July 2010. Matt’s diverse skills rounds up 60 years of combined knowledge and skills in the industry for Showcall and its clients.

Nathan Radford

Crew Chief

“Rad” has been in Concert/Theatre crewing for 12 years and has been with Showcall for 10 years. Nathan leads Showcall’s crew with a respected and well rounded approach to concert crewing.
