Live Performance Award

All employees at Showcall Crewing are employed under the Live Performance Award MA000081. A copy of the award is available here.

Fair Work Australia

Showcall Crewing is 100% compliant with the award modernisation and has worked closely with the Fair Work Ombudsman to ensure that all employee entitlements are met.

Work, Health and Safety

At Showcall Crewing your safety is paramount. In 2011 the Work, Health and Safety Act was passed. These new laws came into effect in NSW 1st January 2012. Showcall Crewing in line with the Work Health Safety Act 2011 has created a revised and updated WH&S induction booklet and induction acknowledgement which you must read and complete before commencing work with Showcall Crewing. WH&S is a joint responsibilty between Employer and Employee and you are required to complete appropriate induction procedures. The inductions do not take long to do and are an important part of your safety and wellbeing in the work place.

White Card

A White Card is a general contruction work place safety course. These cards are now a national standard and replace the Green, Blue and Red state based cards which are no longer valid in NSW. You will be required to have a White Card soon after commencing work.  These courses/cards are easily available online and now offer national coverage and acceptance.
